The University Zürich decided to develop an online version of their Java based open source Learning Management System (LMS).

OLAT (Online Learning and Training) is a platform for online courses. Consequently, the design had to be discreet and attractive for the users at the same time. The student should be allowed to focus entirely on the subject without any distraction by unnecessary elements or animations. Light violet and orange were chosen as main colors. epicentro had to create a logo, numerous graphics and more than 100 icons for the user interface.

OLAT is currently being used by Universities all over Europe.
