Mayan Language Interactive Learning CD

The interactive Mayan Language Learning CD is a tool which enables teachers to obtain the proficiency required to teach one of the many indigenous languages. The first release covers 4 languages. More languages will follow later this year.

The Foundation Proyecto Linguistico Francisco Marroquin contacted epicentro after several failed attempts to develop the CD with other companies.

epicentro developed the overall design, including backgrounds, graphics and icons, with a special focus on an intuitive interface to suit users with little CBT (computer based training) experience. epicentro programmed all the learning interactions like drag and drop, fill in blanks and many others. The CD was authored with Macromedia Director and makes intensive use of audio and video for an effective learning experience.
